Wee. This one was fun. Not.

I'm a little unsure about monster 3. I don't know EXACTLY where he pops up at...just near you...and then he walks down the stairs and to the opposite end of the room and if carefully follow him/wait he'll go away.

As far as number two goes...all you really have to do is hide on the other side of the room and he won't get you. At least he's never gotten me. But if you don't care about the tinderboxes...just don't open the door, haha.

If I'm missing anything, let me know. Btw I hate this area. It's such a pain to me. It's not really hard...I just don't enjoy it much.

My friend was doing a speedrun and he tried to be faster by running past 3 and 4 on the way out. 3 kept killing him but he kept trying until on one attempt, 3 didn't spawn at all. Not exactly sure why, it was weird...

The game does that. If you die too many times they throw you a bone and have the monster not spawn.

Fuck everything about this part of the game. I died more times in Storage than any other time of the game. Granted I'm not even passed the prision yet...

Little story:
I was gonna open #2's door, since I'd never done it one my first two playthroughs, so I opened the door slowly until I heard him growl, then instantly shut it again. He kinda made a confused growl, and I ran back to the room next door to hide.

But then I realized his music wasn't playing, so maybe I broke his encounter? Maybe he despawned super quick?

So I tiptoed back to the door to see if he was gone, and BAMBAMBAMBAMBAM He started POUNDING on the door. Scared the bejeezus outta me.

So the moral of the story is: Don't do that. It doesn't work. Or at least it didn't work for me.

Haha! You might have not triggered him properly since you shut the door without opening it enough. Either way, it's those discrepancies that are fun! XD
