I think this map is pretty snazzy. Probably the most needed of the entire game because this area just sucks ass.

There are A LOT of Mr. Face grope sessions here. The times he appears in the kitchen is a little odd to me...but through my runs I've noticed that if you enter the kitchen first thing, he'll appear when you leave it...but if you wait until you have the jar to get the acid he only appears when you get said acid.

And #3 freaked me out BAD the first time, just saying.

Thanks for your maps, they are really helpful. At some points I've managed to dodge the monsters completely. I usually don't want to look at maps while playing, I want to explore myself, but this game is just too creepy for me to go wander around aimlessly. It seems the older I get, the less tolerance I have for horror, lol.
I've just completed the prison. I'm not sure which map has been the most awful so far, these two or the storage. But on this map when I was on my way to the storage room/glass jar I encountered #2. I decided to run all the way back to the hole I came from, although I didn't hear the chase music starting. Maybe the monster didn't see me. However, as soon as I turned corner and saw the hole, I heard another growl I wasnt expecting. Suddenly a monster was right on my tail and I just narrowly escaped it to the hole. I'm still wondering if it was in fact #1 or #7 although I hadn't been to the kitchen yet. Or maybe #2 somehow teleported near me. Took me a while to get rid of it, it decided to stand guard in the opening, and apparently didn't like me throwing barrels at it. :D

That is interesting. Are you saw you say 2 and not 4? 2 comes after you exit the storage and 4 pops up as you walk towards it. And as far as the one that followed you to the hole, I have no idea. That's a really long way to run to get away, haha. It could have been 7, but I'm not certain.

Everytime just before I play Amensia, I get freaked out by my thoughts about the monsters, but once I start playing, the monsters aren't scary, while the cockroaches and fly hallicunations on my screen are, I think it's because I have a flatscreen monitor...

Well, what is it you want help with? To make the hallucinations less scary or to make the monsters more scary? Either way, I don't think there is much that can be done either way. How you feel about a game while playing can't really be changed. If you're not scare, then you're not scared. If you are scared of the hallucinations, then you just have to make sure you do what you can to stay in the light to avoid them.

Thanks, also, I heard from the wiki that, if you look away from the monster while crouching (only grunts, not brutes), that they will go away after a while (only above (...) sanity).
Also, can you do maps of famous custom stories, like abduction?
